Question 1

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

You can create an account with your Google account from the "Sign in with Google" button on the "Sign up" page. Registration with an email address and password is not supported, so there is no confirmation email to activate.

Question 2

What if I forget my password?

Accepted Answer

If you log in with a Google account, please use Google's password recovery procedure. If you have trouble signing in, contact the operations team through the contact form.

Question 3

My posted review is not showing

Accepted Answer

It can take up to a few minutes for a post to appear right after submission. If it still does not appear after a while, it may have been hidden for a guideline violation. If you have no idea why, please contact us.

Question 4

I want to delete my account

Accepted Answer

You can proceed from the "Account deletion" section in "Account settings". For how reviews and favorites are handled after deletion, see the explanation on the deletion screen.
